Kiko offers group sound baths at their Roncesvalles studio located at 2104 Dundas St W in Tkaronto. These gatherings are limited to 10 participants with a changing schedule each week.
For those new to experiencing sound bath meditations, group sound baths are a fantastic way to begin exploring sound and deep listening experiences.
You must pre-register for these classes, drop in is not possible because of the limited size. Choose the date and time from the available options.
All props (mats, bolsters, blankets) are set up and provided for you, all you need to do is come as you are.
