What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is an intentional meditative listening practice that bathes the whole body in waves of vibration. Participants rest on supportive pillows while various instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, are weaved together to create an intuitive soundscape with the intention of encouraging therapeutic responses in the listener's body.
Group Sound Bath Session
Small group sound baths limited to 10 folks and held in person at Kikospace. Recommended for newcomers + dedicated listeners. A sound bath is an intentional meditative listening practice that bathes the whole body in waves of vibration.

Solo Sound Bath Session
Go deeper into the therapeutic benefits of sound with a private session. The solo experience invites the sound work to attune directly with you in an intimate and unique way and is shaped to fit your specific needs.
Private Group Sound Bath Session
Kiko offers private sound bath bookings for individuals and groups at Kikospace, in Tkaronto. Private 1:1 experiences are ideal to go deeper into the healing benefits of sound and the group sessions are an amazing way to gather with friends and family for special events.

This is a one on one lesson. If you would like to book a private sound bath, please select this option instead :) Learn more about sound therapy and sound meditations. These one on one lessons allow you to explore the benefits of sound healing for personal practice or as a way to open the door as a facilitator. For those already giving sound baths, these sessions can help to edit and curate the flow of your sound bath with a senior practitioner. Each session is created to the individual student's desires.
